Collaborating with Sales to create a targeted campaign for customers with 100 – 1,999 rental units.

Tactics
Conducted research with new customers to identify key requirements for this segment. Created and implemented email campaign focusing on those key requirements. Delivered independent customer campaign while also loading key statistics into the company SalesForce tool for use by the sales team.

Campaign to increase product adoption within existing customer base. 

Tactics

Created autonomous email campaigns based on buyer personas of existing customers. Through A/B testing and weekly communication with the sales team the result has been over $81,000 in incremental sales to date.
