RentalExpress

Goal
Rebrand On-Site's Independent Owner product, for landlords with less than 100 leasing units, and relaunch it as its own identity.

Role
Project Manager with complete responsibility for rebrand and relaunch.

Tactics
Directing a small team, we:

  • Created new branding design and direction.
  • Developed a new website and blog.
  • Developed a new a front-end user interface for client enrollment.

As the Project Manager, I held weekly meetings to ensure the project was on schedule and to address any development issues. RentalExpress was launched on time and within budget.

 

 

Streamlined Sign Up

We also wanted to make a more streamlined, UI-friendly sign up process. We noticed we had a lot of people dropping off when we asked for their SSN. In changing the process to only ask for their last 4 digits we've seen a significant decrease in the number of drop offs on that page.
